Since 1987, Bright Automotive & Towing Pty Ltd has been a trusted provider of RACV Emergency Roadside Assistance and accident towing services in Bright and the surrounding areas. With over 27 years of experience, our expertise in navigating the alpine environment is unmatched. Our service area extends from the alpine resorts of Mount Hotham, Dinner Plain, and Falls Creek to the Buckland Valley, Upper Kiewa Valley, Bright, and its surrounding regions. We operate year-round, covering all seasons to ensure you receive the help you need, no matter the conditions.
Our fleet includes fully equipped 4WD service vans and 2WD tow trucks, ready to assist RACV members in any weather. We take great pride in our commitment to customer service and safety, for both our clients and staff.
In addition to our roadside assistance services, our mechanical workshop is staffed by experienced, qualified mechanics dedicated to providing honest, transparent service in a timely manner. We were driving back to Melbourne when a snowstorm hit Mt Hotham and the Great Alpine Road in Mid November!! Our car lost traction on the uphill 100m away from the Snow Plough depot. We decided not to risk it in increasing whiteout conditions and turned back towards Mt Hotham. Visibility got worse and the roads started to ice up even more as the storm slowly built up. Found a turnout where there were other people waiting on the side as well. RACV Bright were lifesavers in sending up a tow truck to both of us so that our cars could be brought down below the snow line for us to continue our journey. Shout out to our tow truck driver Damien, and the lovely lady who manages the RACV depot for helping us out.”
